Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
   To secure your booking, payment is required prior to confirming your event date. Please contact us directly to discuss pricing and availability. Once the payment is made, your booking will be confirmed.

2. Room Fee & Refund Policy
   The room fee is non-refundable. However, if you contact us at least 4 weeks before the event, we can offer you the option to exchange your booking for another available date.

3. Minimum Spend Policy
   By the end of the event or at bar closing time, the total amount spent on the bar will be calculated. If the total spend does not meet the £500 minimum spend, your card will be charged the difference between the total and the £500 minimum.

4. Behaviour Policy
   Inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Any aggressive or disruptive actions towards staff or other patrons will result in immediate ejection from the premises. Please note, you will still be liable for the £500 minimum spend regardless of early termination due to behaviour.

5. Age Restrictions
   Bookshop Bar is an 18+ only establishment. We are unable to host 18th birthday celebrations. If you attempt to proceed with a booking for an 18th birthday celebration, your reservation will be cancelled.
