£100 deposits are non-refundable however if you contact us 4 weeks or earlier before the event we can exchange for another date that is available. 

By the end of the event or bar closing time, the total amount spent on the bar will be calculated and if there has not been sufficient amount spent your card will be charged the difference between the total and £500.

Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Any aggressive or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other patrons will result in ejection from the premise, whereby you will still be liable for the £500 minimum spend.
